We have prepared this webform in order to make the information sharing process as smooth as possible.

Prior to completing our webform, please ensure that you have the following information and documents:

1. Contract of Purchase and Sale;
2. Name of Strata Management Company (this will be in the Strata Form B or other strata documents), if applicable;
3. SIN number;
4. Your prior addresses for the past two years (for insertion into the Property Transfer Tax Return form);
5. Name, phone number and email address of your banker/mortgage broker;
6. Name, phone number and email address of your real estate agent;
7. Photos of your:
   a. Canadian Passport;
   b. Driver’s Licence (front and back); and
   c. Proof of SIN (SIN Card, SIN Letter, T5, Filed first page of T1 General) showing your full name and complete 9-digit of SIN, to be uploaded.
